NOID green leaf paph culture - Orchid Board

2 years ago I bought a pair of paphs in Ikea. I thought they were a good chance to experiment and see if I could offer them what they liked. One was mottled leaf, and is a very happy, twice a year bloomer. The other has never really taken off in the same way. It is a green leaf, but probably so hybridised that anything is possible I guess. It's grown, a little, it even had a spike earlier this year, but it blasted. I'm growing it alongside phals, with the same fertliser and watering regime as the mottled leaf one, and in the same potting medium etc.
Any ideas as to what to try?

My first thought is Patience. Some of these hybrids are just slower than others. If it seems healthy and growing, just give it some more time.
