Sounds like a typical response from OLO. They made it right with you last time, but only because Ron emailed and told them about all the bad press they were getting here. At least you got a response....that's more than I got from them.

Did you check the roots when it arrived? You haven't had it that long, so if it's croaking I think it was well on it's way to being dead before you got it.

I will never buy anything from them ever again.
