Default Cischweinfia sheehaniae

This one was languishing for a couple of years, and a few other growers suggested cutting back on water and increasing light. Here is the result: 10 bloom spikes, with more on the way! I love good advice. Growing intermediate, bright shade, in a 4" plastic basket. Thanks for looking!

That's a fantastic specimen. Great job! Eventually it's the big old languishers that often give the most incredible shows. It's like they're holding back and eagerly waiting for us to pinpoint their needs, and when we do they respond with a grand display of thanks.

Very nice. I used to have one that was growing in a vivarium about two inches away from T8 fluorescent bulbs. It would bloom quite often. I gave it away. I had almost killed it by keeping it outside a vivarium and lost sooo many leaves in just a few days of low humidity. Very sensitive species this one. Congrats.
