Big welcome to my two new Paphs :)
Hi Everyone
Here's an introduction to the latest members of my orchid family - Paph 'Magic Lantern' (the first two pics) and Paph micranthum (the second two picts). I've only started with Paphs this year, so that brings me up to 4 now (the others are Paph Delenatii and a cross of Shin-Yi-Isabel and Delenatii).
I haven't had a chance to do a root check, but I think they look pretty good topside, just wish me luck trying to get some flowers!

Congratulations on the new additions! I'm a paph killer myself so I only have a couple as well!

They look really healthy - may I ask where you obtained them from?

Hi Guys
@ Becca: Thanks, though I'm hoping I won't turn into a serial Paph killer - I usually think, 'if I can get them through the winter, I can get them through anything'!
@ Hedge: I got these two from 'Easy Orchids', the Delenatii from Orchid Species (which has a separate website but the same business address as EO!), and the other cross from Burnham. Before I bought from EO/OS, all mine had come from Burnham, so I was a bit nervous about trying somewhere else. However, all have been great looking plants, so I'm really pleased.

Beautiful looking plants. I just love the leaves on mottled leaf paphs.

Thanks Carol and Billc I love the leaves as well, the patterns are so pretty and they seem to sparkle slightly in some lights

nice looking strong plants
I bet the roots look fine too...the leaves are all very strong looking.
Bad roots makes the leaves look weak and with faded color cus they cant get water and eat themselves up...nice plants you got there
