I'll agree with what's been said here...they are slow-growing. Over the time that I've had my micranthum, it has only matured two new leaves (it is currently putting out another one).

Even though I haven't bloomed mine yet, I've found it to be a very easy plant to grow.

Hi Carl and Jenny, I've had my Magic Lantern since Feb 2010 and it is just growing a new leaf now - but I think it may have been too warm for it in the summer

Thanks guys It's always nice to know these things so I don't start wondering why it isn't growing like the rest. Otherwise I'd probably start playing around with it's position, food etc. and end up doing more harm than good!!
