Default Paphiopedilum philippinense var. roebelenii
Many may recall the story behind this plant
This variety is limited to Rizal, on the island of Luzon, The Philippines. This specific plant has been producing two distinct lateral sepals instead of a typical synsepal... very unusual in Paphiopedilum.

Very nice Pat! Cool photography too. I love the stripes on the dorsal petal and lip color.
