Default Paphiopedilum Druid Spring

Hi,

I just wanted to share a picture of this wonderful pant with you. It is the most reliable blooming paphiopedilum that I have. It has bloomed every year since I first got it. This is my second year with it.

Last year it had a two blooms and quit. I blame this on my poor culture. I did not know much about taking care of orchids last year. Now I have it inside (last year it just was on its own out in the hot Florida wheather), it gets good air circulation, intermediate light and watered two to three times a week. It has been blooming non-stop since May.

Nice, they are my favorite flower. My last bloom on Raisin Pie lasted three months. I like the yellow will have to put it on my wish list. Thanks for sharing

nice one! Paph druryi is dominate in your plant, so much that it looks like the species itself. Now I wish that mine grew faster

Here is a picture of the whole plant. Its leaves got scorched as I was gone back to school, and my mom does not have much time to tend to these plants. However, it is growing very well.

hehe, thanks for the pic of the plant... it was a joke as you missed the "L" in your first post... and that reminded me of a conversation with a Mormon friend about the "wonder Pants"...
