Shoes fell off and left me 4 new fans - Orchid Board

this old novelty IKEA paph's blooms fell off a few months ago. I noticed today that it has sprouted 2 double fans

..Should I be happy ? or is this going to cause stress and failure and I get nothing out of it?

really nice looking Novelty paph as it was labeled from IKEA

Be happy. New fans is what it's all about now the flowers are finished. If it's happy enough to have produced multiple then let it... all the more flowers in the future.

Just to add, one of my bulldog paphs is growing 4 fans since it flowered. It's a slower grower and has been growing them two years now, but I have now got 2 buds on the biggest of the 4

Don't want to put you off with the 2 years. It's a slow grower. One of my other paphs is budding again at under a year.

New fans, main growths at base of plant are good. With paphs, flowers come on new growths.
