This is the easiest paph I have to grow, I own quite a few venustum and also have an alba in bud. It grows in all extremes provided it's given adequate shading. It flowered the first time off a large growth but this time it flowered off a very small growth.
The flower is bigger than the first time but only by a few mm's or so. The shape is good and I think the colour is really interesting. However it's nowhere near as big as some flowers I've seen. I will hold onto it but what do you think about it's potential to get bigger? The measurements are 78mm wide and 45mm from bottom of pouch to top of dorsal.

And this is the first flowering, it was slightly smaller and not quite as well shaped late last year.....
