Hi Dave,
Thanks for the compliment. I don't have much in the way of tips, but I can share the conditions I grow in...the plants are grown outside due to the great year-round weather we have in Hawaii. I'm in a micro-climate of sorts. The day temps never really go above 82F and the nights are in the lower 70's. This particular paph is growing is straight sphagnum in a slotted clear plastic pot. It gets watered about 1-2 times a week, fertilized at the rate of 1/4-1/2 strength MSU fertilizer every week. Light levels are somewhere between 1000-2000 FC. Hope that helps.
