Learning from my mistakes - Paph Lynleigh Kooperwitz
Hi guys,
This one just flowered, amazing just how long it took from sheath to flower but I'm new to paphs. Anyway the petal got caught on the pouch and if you can look closely on the petal there are notches on it, not sure if that's exactly where it got caught but there aren't any other the other petal.
Anyway I tried pulling the petal out with my fingers as it didn't seem to be opening properly and pulling some of the pouch with the petal as you can see. Normally a very nice flower but I'll have to wait until next year to see it bloom properly. Will be putting it in a smaller pot when it finishes flowering. I think the foliage looks pretty good.......what od you think? I grow it cool to warm........cool as in low 30's at night and warm as in to the 90's.

Other than a little too much unfolding going on, I think it came out beautiful! Congrats on the bloom! I like the spotting on it.

Sometimes we like to move nature a bit quicker than needed, but overall you did a great job.
