Paph. Alfadir
This is the first bloom on this plant. It's been out about a month, and still hasn't opened up all the way, but I like it anyway. We'll see next year.

I love the colors on Alfadir! I sell for IncredibleOrchids on Ebay and someone snapped up the two that we had. Glad to make a sale, but sorry that I don't get to look at them anymore! Enjoy.

I like the spots on the inside of the pouch.

I have one of this type...can't recall the name right off as I am at work and can't remember, it has been in bloom since december, the bloom is gradually fading and I suspect will be off in a couple of more weeks.

I have one similar also, it's Paph. Luther Pass, and for some reason it's not very good this year looks like it has a cleft chin, the dorsal and pedtal were locked and it took forever to open that may be the reason for the deformity. Your bloom looks great.Thanks.... Jim.

Mine is a Luther Pass as well (Paph. Spotglen 'Doodlebug' HCC/AOS x Paph. WInston Churchill 'Redoubtable' FCC/AOS). These are beautiful, last year was the first year mine bloomed I don't recall the bloom lasting quite as long as this one; I suspect the cold winter we have had this year has prolonged the bloom.

Your cleft chin one is interesting Jim. Not seen them do that before.

Great color on that one, Jim, despite the 'Kirk Douglas' chin. I had to fiddle with mine to get it open as far as it is. I have another cross that barely opened at all. I guess it's just one of those years.
