Roots showing up at the bottom of the pot do not necessarily signal a need for repotting; Paphs actually like to be quite rootbound (to a point). What you are looking for is a mix that has lost its consistency (i.e. broken down into fine fibres). Such a mix will hold too much water and minerals, and needs to be replaced.
Obviously things are grown a bit differently in Malaysia from how they are grown here, but repotting Paphs annually is considered good practice here. Just check out the mix - if it has broken down, repot.
