I believe that thelymitras are one of the very few true blue orchids, and even the blue forms are quite rare with them....

Sometimes when you take a picture of the orchids with purple color they can be easily reflected by light in such a way they become like blue. It depends on the angle of light. But still, if they have a purple by nature, why is it so difficult for breeders to make a blue from it?:roll:
