Well, the one good root it had is trash. I have un-potted and laid it on top of the coco husk chips, I will mist it daily with SuperThrive and see what happens. You will want to try and keep it as humid as possible while still maintaining good air circulation. You will also need the base of the plant (the rhizome, where the roots grow from) to be kept moist, so you must have the base of the growth covered with medium. It should be potted so that the bottom leaf is just above the surface of the medium. As well, you will need to be gentle with it and ensure that the plant doesn't move around lots so that you don't disturb/damage new root growth. It helps if you loosely tie a piece of wire around the base of the plant and create an artificial root with it to anchor the plant.
