Default Paphiopedilum Noid

Hello everyone

just been away for a week to celebrate my turning 50 and look what I came home to! I have been waiting to see what this looked like since I got it just after flowering a year ago - it tried to flower earlier and I broke the bud off by accident , this bud teased and teased right up to us going away, it was such a relief to get home and find out it hadn't dropped off due to the weather.

enjoy!!

That's a cute little thing. It looks very healthy. I only have one Paph. in my collection and it hasn't bloomed for me yet.

I really like the veining on the lip. It may even get stronger with age or more light.

Yes, Impressionist exhibition and an Italian meal in snow iced Vienna, followed by a chamber orchestra concert with a bus load of Japanese tourists where they played Mozart and Strauss and there were vocal soloists and Ballet - a perfect day

What a gorgeous Paph. I love these green ones and that is a particularly nice shape and colouring.
