Thanks! This is the second year I got her to bloom! She lives in a west picture window all year and is feed regularly.

The registered name of this hybrid is Hsinying Alien. I have 3 of these (from the same flask, I'm told) - one is such a deep vini that the dorsal striping is almost invisible. They have been steady bloomers.

I just rec'd this paph today (watched the $%#$@*&^ mailwoman THROW it on my front step) and it's ready to bloom. I've read that it requires low light and plenty of water, but what about humidity? Thanks!

I keep mine in a west window. I feed it every 2-4 waterings with half strength Miracle grow. Humidity levels run between 20-60%. I run a humidifier in winter only.
