Hi!I am growing it on a north window under lights (Sylvania, series for plants). It is grown under intermediate temperature conditions. The air humidity never drops under 60%.It is usually between 65 and 75%. I grow all my paphs in bark (middle fraction).
I water them 2-3 times in summer and once a week in winter.
Beautiful flower - and great photography as well! I can now see why some consider Paph. hainanense to be a syn. of appletonianum. My hainanense has many similarities to your plant.
