Hi Phantasm,
sounds like possible to do for me. Rarely temps get higher than 80F over a longer period of time and when it does it cools down each night. Also winter temperatures must be possible in my unheated room.

Again thank you for sharing your knowledge!

Hello everyone,
wanted to share this plants progress. Currently it's in spike! Until April I had it in the South faced window in my living room. Then I made sure it only got morning sun, about 2 meters away from the window. This summer I started to grow Phalaenopsis under lights and gave this Paph. the same light as my Phal's. Temperatures during the summer are almost the same in every room. With all the Phal's spiking I got lack of space in the growbox and I removed it to a windowsill... where I shortly after discovered a spike. Currently it's in my livingroom in the windowsill again, waiting for the spike to grow... too bad I can't fit it under the lights currently, still lack of space. So spikes develops slowly... (short dark days here in the winter). I had this year 3 new growths, not bad... a second one almost ready to spike also... fingers crossed!

This will bel my second Paph to rebloom and I rewarded my self today with a new complex hybrid LOL

:-) Thanks Joann.
I came home with the plant when it was dark allready. I will make pictures from it when I have good natural light. We'll getting a snow storm for the next 2 days, so you might have to wait until after the weekend.
