Paphiopedilum Wössner Zwerg 'Stuben' (Paph. helenae x barbigerum)
A wonderful mini Paphiopedilum that has been registered in 2000 by Mr Glanz ( www.woessnerorchideen.de)... the whole plant is just 2.5" tall and the flower 3"x2.5"...
Mr. Glanz has registered several mini Paphiopedilum with either helenae or barbigerum heritage, and many of them I have seen are worth the effort to get them: just wonderful!! (next one in my collection will be Paphiopedilum Wössner Goldsuk )

Very nice plant, good job!
Are you growing this in straight bark?
Cheers.

it arrived a couple of weeks ago freshly repotted in a mix of fine bark and charcoal... My plan is to change it to S/H later on...

Wow! That's a great plant for a new arrival.
I picked up a pair of Paph's last weekend that I'm hoping to change to S/H later as well. When do you usually change yours over? I think it's harder to tell with Paph's because you can't really see new root growth.
Cheers.

Jim, I have 13 different Paphs and 2 Phrags growing well in S/H (both species and hybrids). Normally, I change them to S/H as soon as they arrive (with Wössner zwerg was different as it was in spike). They do not seem to dislike it at all, as other chids do (I think only Paphs, Phrags and Phals like it this way)

Oooh! I love that! I must get one. I have Paph gratrixianum X barbigerum with one fan plus a new growth started. Not quite ready to bloom. I expect with barbigerum in the lineage, it could be similar to your cross. Mine's in bark "Paph mix".
