The bad news is that it has lost 2 of 4 buds since getting home, I assume stress and heat of travel...

I grow my paphs a bit brighter than my phals. They do really well under T5 lights. Mine get watered twice a week in the heat of the summer and once a week in the winter. I feed with every watering. 125ppm N.

You sure know how to pick them, gorgeous primary slipper.
Your tempts sound pretty close to mine with these 2 paphs. I grow most of my paphs in catt lighting. As the summer and warmer tempts get going ... I reduce the lighting somewhat and keep them very moist (not wet)
Our summers here can get very humid and hot, fanning should be done or they tend to stress with the high light levels, and turn yellow.
I fertilize twice per month at full stength @ 8-7-6 , keep them in a peat base mix.

Sorry to here about the buds, try to keep them cooler, fanning will help.
