New Paph Gina Short

Hi Everyone!
Last night I went to our Maine Orchid Society meeting and had a ball.
At the end of the year meeting, they give everyone an orchid and last night they decided to make it interesting and do the giving by way of a yankee swap. There were many varieties to choose from and it was very exciting.
Luckily I had one of the last numbers drawn and I had my eye on this little Paphiopedilum Hybrid Gina Short 'White Queen' x phillppinense 'Diamond Lil' with a nice little spike and I got it!!!!!
It's much too large a name for such a cute little girl. I also bid on a couple leftover orchids that I couldn't live without. $5 each. Angraecum magdalenae and Angraecum Longiscott. Of course, it will be a couple years before those two perform for me, hence the dreaded patience is needed again.

That's the only way I ever see them in bloom, is if it comes bloomed or in spike. I have yet to see a rebloom with any that I have....but then again, patience.

Seriously!? I thought I have seen photos you've posted of stuff in bloom. If you are serious we need to work with you on that

Ross, I think Kiki only means she can't rebloom Paphs.
