Default Paph. medium?

Hi all, I have a couple of Paphs. and was trying to find what the preferred medium is for them. I have not found a lot of info. on medium in the books I have. I bought one from a nursery and the bark mix is somewhat broken down. and a couple new growths are forming. The other is a seedling I have had for almost a year and the bark mix is still in good shape thanks for any help

Dave, most of mine are in fine coco. The coco tends to hold moisture a lot longer than bark, which really seems to work well for Paphs. They don't like to dry out.
