I received this a year and a half ago from SibOrchid in Thailand. I couldn't believe how small it was, I would have thought that I had gotten ripped off if I hadn't already had a couple good experiences with this vendor. I have at least 20 species dens from them, all doing wonderfully and have bloomed out correctly.

I would really like to have one of those, but if I’m not mistaken, they are still illegal in the US.

Vietnam is not a signer of the CITES treaty, so any plants that come from within Vietnam are illegal to import. If a plant were seed grown in Thailand, I don't know how deep the requirements of provenance go.

It is REALLY cute... enjoy it. Maybe don't submit it for judging though.

I doubt it, but it can get you fined and arrested, although that seems unlikely.
