GN is a vigorous hybrid. I would suggest growing it with your mottled leaf paphs, just maybe closer to the window to get higher light. Otherwise water it the same. The GN available now seem to be rather easy to bloom but they do take a while to mature. Not sure you really need to push a dry/cold rest. Even today's roths tend to bloom freely (when large enough)
