Hi,
I prepared my orchids for a 2 week absence making a sort of improvised mini greenhouse for some of them. They enjoyed it

, but now I have a paph sukhakulii and a Paph venustum growing roots outside the substratum

.
My question is:
a) Should I keep them in that kind of high humidity/ low light environment until the roots are long enough to get them in the substratum?
b) get them out of the improvised mini greenhouse and wait to see? I am worried more light+more heat+less humidity will kill them.
Some photos:
Thank you in advance.
