Strapped leaf Paphs..Leaves Flopping over Male
Default Strapped leaf Paphs..Leaves Flopping over

I have two different hybrid sanderianums... and was curious if it was Ok for the top most leaf at the center of the fan be long and flopping over to the side?

I think the leaf is not long enough to fall in succession on top of the leaf below it so it instead bends over and falls towards the middle of the fans? Is this natural? Should I stake it!?

I have a lowii that does that sometimes. I proped it up because it looked wierd, and it straightend up after it had grown out more. Sometimes a little more light helps too. Maybe someone else has some more comments.

I agree, prop up the leaf and check light. This leaf flop can also happen if the plant is growing fast, extra light will help but too much can cause pre-mature harded the growth too quickly and it not reach full potential.

So if i doesn't get enough light it hardens? What exactly causes leaf flop?

No, too much light will harden, not enough light the leaves are soft and this causes leaf flop. Prop the leaf up and it will fix itself.
