Phillipines album Seedling withs some brown

Hi everyone, I got a seedling and it’s my first paph. I have some brown on one side. It looks dried up but should I put mancozeb on it ?

That doesn't look like fungus, so macozeb wouldn't help. But the leaf damage looks like it could have been caused by spider mites, scale or mealy bugs.

That makes sense because when it got to me it had half a leaf cut so I’m thinking the seedling went through something before it got to me. I did quarantine it for a month before it went near my other orchids and it seems fine now. Hopefully it is past damage that doesn’t matter now. Thank you so much!
