You have two mottled leaf plants, 'Maudiae' types (sub-genus Sigmatopetalum).
Pinochio & Avalon Mist are sequential bloomers (sub-genus cochlopetalum).

All 4 need low light (same as Phalaenopsis), intermediate to intermediate+ temperatures (60-80F), and should never be allowed to dry out.

You can repot Paphs at any time of the year, as they do not have a rest period.
