Rothie, in my mind the very best are the clearish (actually sort of milky) with slits all over the sides. Here's a link Clear Plastic Orchid Pots

I have also just used the pot it came in. The secret is watching the inside of the pot for wet medium. When it dries and no moisture is showing then saturate it. Paphs don't like to be really dry like Cattleya or many of the others.
