Mine isn't in sun in a greenhouse - that's pretty bright. Mine is in part sun (like 2500 FCs) in a south-facing window. Also I don't think 20-20-20- is a great idea. I use Greencare MSU formula in RO water mixed at 125ppm Nitrogen and use it at every watering. Right now that's approx every 3rd day or so. I have all my Paphs in clear pots to monitor moisture and roots and check for rot and mold. When the new fans become mature, they will set buds and flower.
