Not noted for being particularly tropical... the only other "not ideal" condition that I can think of would be low humidity due to air conditioning. But low humidity is easily compensated for by watering more frequently. If it hasn't been repotted since you got it, that's something to look at, since it likely had already been in that pot for awhile. If it has been potted recently, then I would go with "force of nature" in the absence of evidence that it's something more challenging.

Spider mites are nearly microscopic so they're easy to miss until they get bad. (and small enough to get indoors through screens) Their symptom is "stippling" or silvering on the undersides of leaves You can wipe the underside of the leaf with a tissue, if you get red streaks that's a sign. but the fact that it hasn't spread, and you haven't seen a issue on other plants, says to me that there really isn't a problem.

Yeah, I was thinking the same in terms with it not having spread further onto itself or other plants. I have a lot of plants in the same area and they’re all really happy. The paph included, it’s growing well and seems healthy I just wasn’t sure about the spots. No sign of mites or damage to the underside of the leaves but I’ll definitely keep my eyes out. My humidity is usually above 50% but maybe I can work to up that. Thanks for all the input!!! Appreciate it
