Question re: brachypetalum care for Paph. 'Jyn Erso'

Hello,

Here is the long long story. I love paphs and Star Wars, so this orchid was a match in heaven. I was thrilled to get it and so on and so forth.

I did not, however, realize it was part of the brachypetalum family, despite it being mentioned in the cross - (Paph. Death Star 'Hillsview' X bellatulum 'Largo'). I have no idea how I missed this point & feel rather stupid about it. 100% do not feel to have the right credentials to grow this type of orchid, but heck, now I have no choice but to try & not kill it.

I have two exposures, one southwestern & one more of a true western. The southwestern window gives several hours of direct sun (11am to about 5pm), the western windows, more towards the less harsh later afternoon sun. It is a very bright apartment, otherwise, and all of my plants love it, including orchids.

This came from Hillsview Gardens nursery, already potted up in small bark and perlite(?). Has not had its first bloom yet, as this is a blooming size seedling.

Any directions on light would be helpful. I am not sure if these leaves could handle the direct afternoon sun (although, my other orchids love it). I currently have it a bit farther from the window, so it can acclimate after being in a dark box for a couple days.

My understanding is that brachypetalums do not like to be as moist as regular paphs. I have a fan going in my room with all my plants plus usually an open window - I believe the air circulation to be fine. It is in a 2.25" pot, I do not plan to repot this for a while until after it blooms (& then some).

With that breeding, low-to-medium light is probably best, with no direct sun at all.

Brachys aren't that hard to grow, just different from other Paphs.

You give me hope.
I was going through other forums and posts - only seeing people complaining about how challenging they are! But I suppose the challenges may come from different environments. I hope mine will be sufficient to make it happy.
