Default Mexipedium xerophyticum 'oaxaca' - suggestions?

Just wondering if anyone has successfully deflasked or grown this species?

I have three plants in a flask that I can't wait to pot up. I hear they're one of the easiest to deflask, and are quite easy to grow, but I'd love to hear some suggestions from anyone that has personally grown this species!

Hey! Thanks so much for the links -- they were very helpful! I've been finding it hard to find good links or discussions about Mexipedium culture. It also seems like everyone is "paying through the nose" for them (as one of the people on the first forumn put it). I was lucky, I have a friend who does tissue culture and was kind enough to give me a few Mexi's!

Actually, these ones were grown from seed. My friend self-pollinated some Mexi's and grew them up. Mine are about an inch and a half tall, with some newer longer leaves coming in nicely.

I can't wait to deflask them! Everyday, I fight the temptation! I've been told that the longer I wait, the better results I'll have with deflasking.
