Very nice, a Phrag. mem. Dick Clements 'cardinal' is the most expensive orchid I have ever see for sale. (see The $1800 phragmipedium) I know this is not the same, but I'm sure you made someone at your local society very happy. Here is photo (alittle blurry) of an another Phrag. mem. Dick Clements called 'walnut valley'

I prefer Walnut Valley to mine, though I wouldn't pay more for it than another plant! The person who bought it knew precious little about Phrags, actually. It was just in full bloom at the auction, and hard to resist.
