Update here is number 11 with 12 looming in the back ground. I think that is it for this growth. Then we have the first bloom on the 3 rd growth so the wait begins on how many it will have. I have to say this is a wonderful little Phrag.

I've been looking at these online for a while. Yours has much better color than the others I've seen!

I know I've seen some of those as well. My pictures are not quiet as bright as it really is. I have noticed some of them use the flavum (I probably spelled that wrong) forum of besseae instead of the red one. I like the darker one. Mine is besseae (Chili Pepper x Colossal). I got mine from Seattle Orchids so I don't know where it was grown. But if you are looking for one make sure it is from the darker colored besseae.

I think I keep my house too warm in the summer for phrags. Maybe sometime in the future.
