Phrag Jason Fischer 'Sumner' FCC/AOS

This was one of the first Jason Fischer crosses made, and was by Hans Burkhardt. Hans flasked Phrag besseae early on, and sent some of those to Terry Root at OZ. Those were the foundation of Terry's exceptional besseae's.
These plants get more vigorous over time, creating multiple growths and lots of spikes. One division has a spike with 5 blooms and 4 or 5 buds with 3 branches.

wow... gorgeous... makes appetite for Phragmipedium... hhhmm... yours, ealier I saw Sue's, and two days ago a friend show me a Phrag. kovachii he wants to buy in the netherlands... hhhmmm... I think I need to reconsider my growing conditions and check if there is a chance a Phrag can adjust to them....
