Here is my richteri in dual-spike. The flower from the other spike fell today as I went to take the picture.

It is a natural hybrid with the parents of Phragmipedium pearcei and Phragmipedium boisserianum. I also have a Phrag Taras, which is the man-made hybrid, but it's form is much different - namely, it seems this plant will remain small, and the Taras is quite large compared to it.

I got this plant at POE in February and put it in a 6" pot when I got it home. The batch of these were somewhat hidden behind some other stuff, so I'm glad I found it and got an early pick. I'm excited to see it develop over time... it's a keeper!
