Talking Christmas Come Early!!

Of course, I couldn't go to a Paph specialist nursery during their Christmas Open Days and not come home with some Paphs...

Here are the new additions to our little family:

White Legacy x St. Ouens Bay

and a group of the others...
hainanense ('Lilac Time' x 'Dancer') - in bud!!
venustum forma album ('Tessara' x 'Jade')
fairrieanum ('Will Scarlet' x '#1')
Fanaticum (micranthum 'Wild Rose' x malipoense 'Tracery')

Very nice Shak! I need new slippers....maybe Santa will bring me some.

I love the white one too. I'll be very interested to see what Fanaticum looks like in bloom. I really like both parents.

I love the white one. Does that mean a White Christmas? The others look great also and I love your selection.

Thanks for looking everyone! I really like the white one as well... I've tried to get a better photo, its clearer but the cream colour came out more than it shows to the naked eye:

Sue, I'm as now I'll have more in flower for Christmas!

Dave... yes, slippers for Christmas - the perfect present!

Terri, I'll surely post a photo when the Fanaticum flowers! I don't know if it will look like this one:
Orchid of the Week Library: Paph. Fanaticum

But here's hoping!

Thanks, Grandma M! We've had frost today that was a thick as snow... but I'll take a nice white orchid instead any time!!

Probably difficult for my pocketbook, Jim!! Though I don't have many Paphs, so I have been very well behaved.

They certainly did, Jim! I only hope that I can grow them half as well as you! All those blooms of your's certainly are an inspiration! Hopefully in a few years, I can have blooms like that!

It was just after your post of all your flowers that I decided I had to go to the Open Day at the nursery and see what they had!
