Mostly by the standard advice, Plodde. Good drainage (mine are in a medium that's heavy on tree fern mixed with perlite and bark), purest water I can get my hands on (either filtered tap or RO), and unlike most other orchids, don't let them dry out. Mine are in medium light --higher than for phals, lower than for catts.

Also--light hand with the fertilizer for these guys.

Thank you bethmarie.
I've just bought one.
What temperatures does it need?
I've read somewhere it needs a temperature drop to induce flowering, right ?

They do best in cool to intermediate temperatures, (36 F - 85 F/2.2 C - 29.4 C). The species can tolerate temperatures of 90 F - 100 F/32.2 C - 37.8 C, but they don't look quite as good after some time in this upper temperature range. If it ever does go up to 90 F - 100 F/32.2 C - 37.8 C during the day, make sure it drops down to around 60 F - 65 F/15.6 C - 18.3 C at night.

What a precious flower! It makes me think of a pink little bee. That's pretty awesome you've gotten so many flowers out of it.

This species looks better and better to me. Thanks for sharing. I didn't realize it was a sequential bloomer.
