One of my new cyps has been eaten off by a slug

It was a small single growth plant and the slugs have got it. I'm hoping something will still grow as there is still the base of the bud. Really annoyed with myself for forgetting to put down slug bait

Oh, poo, Rosie! I'm sorry to hear that! Still looking forward to pics of your beautiful Cypripediums when they bloom

Here's my Ky Maxi yesterday. It seems like its growth is stunted, but those flowers are still trying to push out.

I don't know if this one is meant to be a dwarf or not. It does look short for the flower size though. Hope the flowers open well anyway.
