Phragmipedium sargentianum Male
Default Phragmipedium sargentianum
A Brazilian species native to a small area in the mountains of Pernambuco, where it receives constant water supply. I was told that the soil is acidulous and marshy, but it grows well in a regular potting medium suitable for phragmipedium. I found a good description here:
