Believe it or not I am growing this monster in the house. I rescued this a couple of years ago from a couple who were closing their greenhouse. It hadn't been watered in quite some time, and was in pretty bad shape. I bought it for $3. After repotting it went crazy. This is it's first time blooming for me. The cross is Sorcerers Apprentice x Grande.

For scale

It does look rather large in the last pic. I like the spotting on the inside of the pouch.

Thanks all. I was going to sell this to a friend because it is so huge, but now I'm having second thoughts. I really like the flower. It's working on the second bud right now. I will be interested to see if it is like Grande and holds more than one flower at a time.

I love this one! I hope mine is a pretty. I bought it as a seedling over 7 years ago and have no idea what it will look like. It seems to be compact and it's healthy, so hopefully I'll find out soon. It was labeled ?
