Phrag. Jason Fischer (besseae 'Rick Hunter' x Mem. Dick Clements 'Red Wing')
Hello All! I picked this up from Orchids Limited. it came in spike so i cant take credit for bringing the plant into bloom but it was a bud so i kept it from blasting haha. Anyways this plant its amazing and was worth the Price!
When the bud first started to open it was about the size of a quarter and to admit I was a little disappointed, the color also was not very red. Now that the flower has fully expanded and developed it is a full 3 1/2 inches wide by 2 and 2 1/2 inches long and a brilliant red! here It is!

Looks great Sam! I just noticed the other day that my Mem. Dick Clements is sending out a spike. I hope it looks as good as yours!

It is! It's really cool! The whole spike is fuzzy and the flower is so soft! Its got a second bud coming as well. Mine was pricey. It was about 90 dollars total :/ They have a cheaper cross for 45 dollars its about a year from blooming size. They told me that the plant with good growing can flower sooner. I just hope I don't kill it lol it's my first EVER Phrag. It was worth the money. I see why it's the price it is.
