Default Phrag. Cape Sunset
This is the second bloom to open. It was a surprise flowering, I've been so busy building my patio and sidewalk I did not even know it grew a flower spike!

I am fairly new to growing Phrags, but I would have to say no. It is growing S/H, so the pot is 6" high and the plant add another 12" easily before they arch over. The flower spike adds another 6" above the leaves! It does not fit under my light set up at all!
