Question Phrag Fliquet 4N - question

Hello Guys,

I have this Phrag blooming now. It was growing this spike forever. I can't even remember when I first noticed its spike coming out, maybe March or something. But then finally it opened its only two flowers, and guess what: one flower has a lip that was not fully inflated - like somebody sucked out the air out of it . I couldn't really understand how could such thing happen, though in nature anything can happen, of course. But anyway, here it is and I wanted to ask if anyone had something like this happened before or maybe knows what could this be the cause of?

Yes, it is a first time bloomer I guess. I am not sure if it is a seedling or division, but every new fan is a first time bloomer anyway right?
