Default Cypripedium parviflorum

I recently started an internship at Garden in the Woods, a botanic garden run by the New England Wildflower Society near Framingham, Massachusetts. The Cypripedium parviflorum are in bloom now. There are a few Cyp. reginae, apparently, but they have yet to open.

Hope you enjoy them! The last few I know aren't orchids, but I had to throw them in, too. Just a sampling of the other beautiful blooms at Garden in the Woods

Fantastic. I really like the jack-in-the-pulpit. Do you know its name?

Thank you everyone. Kim, the jack-in-the-pulpit is Arisaema triphyllum. They are everywhere in the garden and seed naturally, so this is just a particularly colorful one, plus the light was just right.

Wonderful Cyps!! ANd I love the red jack in the pulpit, I found a reddish one in the woods two weeks ago as well. Colours may change with maturity.

Great picks of the Trillium, Dodecatheon and Campanula flowers too!!!!
