I have my little sad tiny phrags. I just dont ever see them going anywhere but eventually in the trash can....they just too small..Small is harder to grow bec they are too pikky...my leaves are all turning spotty yellow from the once nice green. I just dont know why or what to do with them
Love the shading and brightness of this phrag - beautiful!
For the most part, Phrags are easy to grow, for some - its the water quality thats very important to them and won't do well without pure almost calicum free water.
So it does depend on the type of phrags you're growing.
Don't give up -- but get a better understanding on what you're phrags want
I have quite a few Phrags. and Paphs. the Phrags. get rain water, how often depends on the weather if hot daily if not every couple of days .
I Fert. once a week . Mine are not set in water they are watered like the rest of the plants .
It takes awhile for the new fans to develop then produce spikes .. hang in there .
An updated photo. The second bud opened and we had two flowers for a few days, then the first dropped. There is a third bud developing so we will have flowers for a few more weeks.
