I'm not sure if the name you have on this plant is a local name or not but its NOT a recognised name in the Phrag world. This is known as Phrag lindenii everywhere else and is the only one know that has the pouch replaced by a petal.

Its a wonderful Phrag, I believe I have a plant but won't know for sure till it flowers. The nursery I bought it from is not known for accurat labels !

We don´t have local names ... The phrag world, part of the orchid world is only one and each plant has only a scientific name...
I´m not a PHD in Phrag names I make some mistakes I´ve only 10 Phrags...
Thanks for the correction I ask you first to post a thread...
