Default Mother's day

I would like to get opinions on which Paphs or Phrags have the most lady-like slipper. I would like one that is forgiving and easy to grow in honor of Mother. Mini or compact is best since I am a windowsill grower. I have a balcony with about 6 hrs of direct sun and varible light in my apartment depending on the room. Thanks.

A bit more info, please. This will be your plant or your mother's? You plan to grow it in honor of her, or give it to her?

Paphiopedilum fowliei ('Truford' x 'Tokyo')<<on my want list) and the insigne's are easy to grow, both are pretty compact. My insigne is the easiest of paph's I have and I don't have as many as I should

Fren is well versed on paph's as well as her collection hopefully she can give you a heads up as well.

Think of terms being compact and not mini since these will multiply with fans.
Drawing a bit of a blank here right now but ..

For a Paph - Charlesworthii - compact grower with darling flowers.
Compact Phrags - Eric young , Don wimber, Anything likey with Besseae will be more compact in growth.
These can take very realy morning sun, But should not remain in the sunshine til they are hot. These like to be coolish and very moist.

Paph. Barbi Doll. Tiny plant and couldn't get more feminine than that.

Default Thanks for the suggestions

Thanks for the suggestions. I found images of Barbi-doll on the web. Just what I'm looking for. Reminds me of yellow patent leather shoes.
